We at Hickory Hill are thrilled to be part of Clemson University's newest trademarked dairy product. This Certified SC gourmet ice cream uses milk from our dairy, pecans from Yon Family Farms, peaches from Titan Farms, and strawberries from McLeod Farms to be a truly unique product that showcases South Carolina’s agricultural heritage. Ten percent of the proceeds benefit the university’s College of Agriculture, Forestry and Life Sciences for research, internships, scholarships, campus programs and more. Get the scoop at

Strawberry Shortcake

Clemson's Best Strawberry Shortcake is made with sweet strawberries from McLeod Farms in McBee, S.C. 


Our Peaches-n-Cream uses the finest peaches from Titan Farms in Ridge Spring, SC.  These peaches are expertly handpicked to create our extraordinary frozen treat.  Rich overtones of fresh peaches mated with the sweet undertones of Hickory Hill Milk makes this flavor simply irresistible. 

Caramel Butter Pecan

The pecans used in this legendary southern flavor comes from the Yon Family Farms in Ridge Spring, SC.  The sweet and perfectly balanced blend of caramel and butter pecans rolled in Hickory Hill Milk makes this cold treat distinguished, unforgettable, and true to its southern roots.

Homemade Vanilla

Keeping true to our promise of using only all natural ingredients, our vanilla is never synthesized.  We use only the finest Madagascar vanilla along with Hickory Hill Milk to produce the most opulent vanilla to ever grace your taste buds.

Our Family is extremely proud to be partnered with Clemson University in the Clemson's Best™ Ice Cream project.  What makes this partnership so special is that 10 percent of the proceeds of the ice cream goes back to the College of Agriculture Forestry and Life Sciences (CAFLS) as scholarships, internships, etc..
